Palak Paneer Recipe
3 TYPES OF PALAK PANEER
Basic palak paneer
INGREDIENTS:-
Paneer - 1 cup
Spinach leaves - 4 bunches
Mustard leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Onions - 1 no
Garlic - 6
Green chillies - 4-5
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 2 cubes
Water - As required
Mustard oil - As required
Salt - To taste
METHOD:- -How to Make Easy Palak Paneer
Heat a pan add some water, spinach leaves, and Blanch it. then transfer into a plate. In the same pan put some mustard leaves, coriander leaves, and blanch it.
let it cool down Transfer all of it to a blender, and make a fine paste.
In a pan add mustard oil, finely chop onions, salt, chop garlic, green chillies, cumin seed powder, and garam masala powder, and cook it.Now add palak paste, some salt, nutmeg powder, and some water and cook it for 5 more minutes,then add butter, paneer pieces, and cook for few seconds.And switch off the flame.
TOMATO PALAK PANEER Spinach and Cottage Cheese Recipe
INGREDIENTS:-
Paneer - 1cup
Spinach -6 bunch
Onions -1no
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
Garlic - 4-5 cloves
Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 1 cup
Kasoori methi - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 3 cubes
Cream - 2 tsp
Oil - As required
Salt - To taste
METHOD:-
Add the blanched spinach leaves to the blender and make it into a fine paste.Heat oil in a pan, add onions, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chop garlic, some nutmeg powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, and add tomatoes, and cook it till tomatoes are smashed. and add the palak paste and add water and mix it. Now add kasoori methi powder, butter, fresh cream, in the last add paneer pieces, switch off the flame
RESTAURANT STYLE PALAK PANEER
METHOD:-
In a pan add oil, chop onions, chop garlic and fry it is slightly colour, Now add ginger garlic paste, blanched spinach, nutmeg powder, some coriander powder, cumin powder garam masala, and finely chop green chilies, and cook it some time. Let it dry transfer in to a bowl. In a pan add butter, tomato gravy,kasoori methi powder, and cook it.Now add, spinach some water, and mix it once,adjust salt.Add paneer pieces, fresh cream, transfer it into a serving plate.Garnish with ginger juillience, paneer, butter, grated paneer.
