Mental illnesses are real and should be taken seriously.

Bullying and negative words only make people that deal with mental illnesses want to disappear. #Gaslighting and #bullying are abusive and have led to many committed suicides.

Recently I have been going through a lot of psychological and emotional pain due to what has been mentioned above. This is from both family and past friends. Because of years of hard work on my G.A.D., M.D.D., and psychological well-being, I’m able to transform this toxic energy into “letting it out” by playing this guitar. I’d rather get lost in my art and creativity than disappear from earth because of other's people's lack of understanding of mental illnesses. I will never give up on myself, and I definitely won't give up on DT Nation.

So, here is me playing guitar for all of the people who have lost their lives from gaslighting, emotional abuse, and bullying. For the people that have chosen suicide because of the #mentalhealthstigma that is still very prevalent today.
