In Episode 2 of my garage renovation and build series, we do the most expensive step: HVAC RELOCATION. I'll show you what system was there, and how it ruined the aesthetic of the garage and how we removed it, and installed a new system in the crawl space of the house. We dealt with all the ducting so that it can be hidden in the ceiling or easily soffited in.

Thanks to Bell Bros Plumbing, Heating, and Air who sent an army of guys to knock this out in 2 days. They removed my old system and ducts, then installed a new higher efficiency horizontal Lennox furnace and AC system in the crawl space. This allowed me to recover some much needed real estate in the garage.
