The Legions of Rome are set to take over the historic York Museum Gardens on 25 & 26 June, and promises to be a fun-filled event – perfect for the whole family!

It will be a packed weekend of family fun, including a Roman Living History camp, Kids Army, crafts, family activities and much more.

After experiencing the outdoor festivities, head inside the Yorkshire Museum, to discover some of Britain’s greatest Roman treasures – including the exciting new exhibition ‘The Ryedale Hoard: A Roman Mystery’.

Activities in York Museum Gardens on 25 & 26 June are free.
