A tragic incident has come to light in Gurugram, Haryana, where the body of a Class 11 student was recovered from a pond near her village. The student, identified as Neha, had gone missing from her home days prior after telling her family she was going to study in her room. Police discovered a diary containing a note that read, 'Mom and Dad, please forgive me. I'm going to my grandfather. Do not look for me. If you must look, look near the cremation ground pond.' Following the instructions in the note, officials located her body in the specified pond. While initial evidence suggests a case of suicide, the exact reason behind the drastic step remains unknown as it was not mentioned in the note. The local police have initiated a further investigation into the matter to determine the circumstances leading to the death. The family expressed shock, stating they had no prior indication of her distress.
