Welcome to Day 18 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
Today we have a slow and gentle 15 min Yoga for hips and lower back. Tight hip muscles can cause or contribute to lower back pain, so stretching those muscles often helps to relieve discomfort or pain in the lower back.
Optional yoga props:
yoga blocks for Lizard pose
a blanket, cushion, or a yoga block for Pigeon Pose.
Note: if the Pigeon pose doesn't feel good in your body, try Reclined Pigeon or Deer pose instead.
