With tools available for Android devices, such as text editors (e.g., Notepade++, Sublime text, TrebEdit, Acode, or QuickEdit), you can easily create and edit HTML files on the go.

Creating a Basic File on Android:
To begin, you'll create a simple index.html file. Follow these steps:

1. Download a Text Editor: Open the Google Play Store and download a text editor like Sublime text, Acode or QuickEdit.
2. Open the Editor: Launch the app and create a new file.
3. Save the File: Save it as index.html and open it in your mobile browser to see your first webpage in action!
