Sugar Calculations

Sugar to Add = 17 X Volume X Targeted Alcohol Potential
STA = 17 X V X TAP

Sugar = Sugar to Add / Total Fermentable Brix
S = STA / TFB

Ratio = Molasses in Lt / Molasses in kg
= 25 / 35
= 0.714

Molasses in Lt = Molasses in kg X Ratio

Water to Add = Volume – Molasses in Lt
WTA = V – MLt
