For those of unlucky folk looking to get a hold of Vandy Vape customer support for a warranty replacement, follow these instructions:

Before you do anything, (if you have the tools) check that all the screws are fully tightened on the top side of the mod. Some users have had luck with that fixing their auto firing issue. Otherwise, first thing you need to do is get a hold of Vandy Vape customer support at [email protected]. Explain to them that your Pulse V2 Dual 18650 mod is auto firing. If possible, capture it on video and attach it to the email. They'll ask you for video evidence first, so it's probably easier if you attach the video in your first email. They'll get back to you asking to provide pictures of the original packaging with specific instructions. After your provide that, they'll give instructions on how to get your new one sent out.

If you are planning on continuing to use this product, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND enabling the firing lock feature and locking your device after every use.
