A guided tour from the start using the Zolarg race. This race is still under active development so things aren't perfect yet and not all buildings and research are available yet.

This race plays much differently than the Human race. Worker drones are like vehicles but you'll need a LOT of them. Ore is also in limited supply so you want to save enough until you can generate your own using the Mining Operation.

Some of the buildings and what they do:

New in 0.41 and 0.42:

Aluminum Hive (collect aluminium make alumibug)

Aluminum Mine

Lumber Camp (collect wood make lumberbug)

Higher Command (allows independence)

Wet Cone (water production and storage)

Shrine of Mystics (generates Antaura which is used in:)

Unholy Power Spire (generates 350 power burning Antaura)


Before 0.41 update:

Export Cannon (export goods 100 units at a time)

Power Spire (generate power burning wood)

Mound is like your home base and holds 200 colonists and where you can build your Waterbug, Worker Drone, Orebug and Goldbug.

Surgarcane is your primary resource and is converted to food.

Feasting Area turns sugarcane into food and provides entertainment.

Sugar Burner generates power from burning sugar.

Paste Path is like a road made from Ant Paste and Ore.

Communal Water Vats store water.

Paste Tank generates Ant Paste which is used for roads and other buildings.

Brood Training Center is how you generate research points which are needed to unlock other buildings.

Elders Mound generates civic points and holds 20 population.

Mining Operation generates gold and ore (requires no power)

Gold Burrow stores gold and allows you to make Goldbugs.

Insectoid Mint turns gold into money.

Healing Pods are like the hospital and heal your bugs.

Brew Pit generates rum from food and water.

The Gentelbugs Club is a form of entertainment.

Wet Mound generates water.

Sugar Farm generates sugar without you having to farm it.

Money Pit generates cash and civic points.

Food Fortification Facility is an upgraded version of the Feasting Area which generates food faster but has no entertainment.
