Today is a FUN DAY! And we are making a smoky bubble molten lava cake! This video is decided in 2 parts. In the 1st part I will show you how easy and fast it is to make the famous molten lava cake, and in the 2nd video (which will follow the next day) I’ll show the edible smoky bubbles technique.
It was lots of fun for me to make those bubble with dry ice. I highly recommend this cool culinary technique, just be very careful when you work with dry ice (it’s extremely cold).
