According to section 63 of the Indian Succession Act, a will must be attested by two witnesses, both of them having seen the testator being signed. And when the probate of the same will is to be taken or the will is to be proved in the court, then according to section 68 of the Evidence Act, the statements of the witnesses of the will have to be made in the court. But what if both or all the witnesses of a will have died. In such a situation, how the will can be proved, the provision has been given in section 69 of the Evidence Act.
