Brief -International Women's Day was declared by the International Maritime Organisation, and this is celebrated worldwide to encourage, support and motivate females working or aspiring to work in the maritime sector. To Discuss the Topic we have Prof. Jitendra Singh Rawat who started his career with Anglo Eastern, worked in various types of Ships, joined Synergy in 2017 and is currently working as placement head in the Department of Maritime Studies, Ganpat University along with Capt.
