Chocolate Muffins Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups all purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup sugar

1 cup fresh milk
1 medium egg
1 stick (113g) melted butter, unsalted
½ cup chocolate chips plus more for toppings

*3oz cupcake liners (makes 12 muffins)
*Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 13-15 minutes and cool completely

Ingredients by weight and volume:
210g all purpose flour
40g cocoa powder
10g baking powder
5g baking soda
3g salt
165g white sugar

240mL (or 246g) fresh milk
1 medium egg (50g)
1 stick (113g) melted butter, unsalted
70g chocolate chips plus more for toppings


Chocolate Egg Pie Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE CRUST
1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup (113g) cold butter
2 to 3 tbsp ice cold water
1 egg yolk

FILLING
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
5 whole eggs
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
125g dark chocolate, melted

Chocolate ganache top layer:
(120g dark chocolate + 60mL all purpose cream, melted and cooled)


Chocolate Custaroons Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
4 egg yolks
150mL condensed milk
150g dark chocolate, melted
¼ cup melted butter
⅔ cup desiccated coconut
¼ tsp salt

* Bake in a preheated oven at 160C with water bath for 20-25 minutes and cool completely (add hot water in a baking dish below the muffin pan when baking so it won't dry out and will cook evenly throughout without puffing and cracking from the heat in the oven)
* Makes (1) dozen 3oz custaroons

Chocolate Macaroons Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups desiccated coconut
¼ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened

2 large eggs
½ cup sugar
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp melted butter

100g dark chocolate, melted (for dipping half of the macaroons)

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes and cool completely then dip halfway in melted dark chocolate (makes 18pcs)
