Lucknow Murder Case: Arshad Confesses To Killing Mother, 4 Sisters On Camera, Reveals Father's Role

A 24-year-old man accused of murdering his mother and four sisters in a Lucknow hotel has claimed in a disturbing video that he committed the crime to prevent his "sisters from being trafficked." The video, recorded shortly after the incident, shows Arshad accusing neighbors and a land mafia in their hometown of Budaun of seizing their house and planning to sell his sisters into trafficking.

In the footage, Arshad admits to killing his mother and three sisters, with the fourth sister succumbing to her injuries. He describes how he choked them, slit their wrists, and claims his father assisted in the act.

The victims have been identified as his mother, Asma, and sisters Alia (9), Alshia (19), Aksa (16), and Rahmeen (18).

Arshad alleges the family faced relentless harassment from neighbors who took over their home. "We’ve been sleeping on the streets for 15 days in the cold. No one listened to us. We didn't want the children to suffer anymore. We have proof that the house belongs to us," he says in the video. Arshad was arrested at the scene of the crime.
