Olympus added a new 12-45mm F4 PRO to their M.Zuiko PRO line up, this is the smallest and lightest PRO lens up to date. The lens has a versatile coverage from wide 12mm to 45mm at tele end with constant F4 aperture throughout the zoom range. Being a PRO grade lens, the 12-45mm is weather-sealed is is well constructed using metal body. The optical quality is superb, the 12-45mm produces incredibly sharp images wide open, from corner to corner with excellent amount of contrast. The technical lens flaws are also well controlled. The 12-45mm lens is made to match the smaller Olympus camera bodies, such as the PEN and OM-D E-M10 series.
