august truly slipped away this year, but honestly, i’m quite glad it did—it means autumn is on its way. edinburgh really shines during the autumn months, and i’m planning to savour every moment of it. this august has also brought a lot of change for me, so uploads might be a bit more sporadic until i find my rhythm again. on the day of recording, i wanted to embrace these changes by slowing down, taking care of myself, and appreciating the little things. i often find that nature, journaling, and doing nothing too grand—like reading or wandering around—really helps.
