छत्तीसगढ़ के जांजगीर जिला के कोटमी सोनार गांव में मानव सेवा आश्रम है जहां मानव सेवा आश्रम की स्थापना मानव सेवा आश्रम के गुरु महाराज परमेश्वर प्रसाद पटेल के द्वारा 12/12/2018 में मानव सेवा के उद्देश्य एवं जनकल्याण के लिए किया गया। यहां भगवान शिव का विशाल रूप देखने को मिलता है 51 फिट की भगवान शिव की बहुत ही सुन्दर दुर्लभ विशालकाय प्रतिमा स्थापित है। इस आश्रम में हरा भरा नवग्रह वाटिका है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि इस नवग्रह की पूजा करने से लोगों के संकट कटते हैं। और सुख समृद्धि ऐश्वर्य एवं लक्ष्मी की प्राप्ति होती है। यहां आश्रम के अंदर अत्यंत ही सिद्ध शक्ति स्वरूप आदि काली मां का मंदिर है। मां काली के इस मंदिर में संकट मोचन बजरंगबली विघ्नहर्ता गणेश जी और विभिन्न देवी देवताओं की सुंदर प्रतिमा स्थापित है ऐसा मानना है कि इस मंदिर में मांगी हुई मुराद पूरी होती है।मां काली के पास अखंड ज्योति कलश प्रचलित है जो स्थापना के दिन से ही लगातार बिना बुझे जल रही है। इस आश्रम में बहुत ही दुर्लभ हवन कुंड है। जो 12 माह 24 घंटे अग्नि प्रज्वलित रहती है।हवन के दौरान कुंड में अग्नि के माध्यम से देवताओं को अपनी इच्छा और कामना बताई जाती है । आसपास का पूरा क्षेत्र शुद्ध हो जाता है आश्रम की वाटिका में अनेक प्रकार की दुर्लभ जड़ी बूटियां लगी हुई है। इन जड़ी-बूटी के माध्यम से ब्लड प्रेशर शुगर लकवा यहां तक कि कैंसर जैसी बड़े रोग का इलाज मुफ्त में सेवा भाव से किया जाता है।आश्रम के बीच में बहुत ही सुन्दर तुलसी वाटिका बनी हुई है। इस तुलसी वाटिका के बीच में बैठकर मानव सेवा आश्रम के गुरु महाराज परमेश्वर प्रसाद पटेल ध्यान तप शक्ति की उपासना एवं साधना करते हैं। इस आश्रम में आने वाले लोग छत्तीसगढ़ के साथ-साथ मध्य प्रदेश राजस्थान उड़ीसा महाराष्ट्र बिहार झारखंड हरियाणा एवं अन्य राज्य के होते हैं। इस आश्रम की ख्याति देश के साथ-साथ विदेश तक फैली हुई है विदेश से भी लोग सुख शांति की तलाश के लिए यहां आते हैं।

A huge form of Lord Shiva is seen here, a very beautiful rare giant statue of Lord Shiva of 51 feet is installed. There is a green Navagraha Vatika in this ashram. It is believed that by worshiping this Navagraha, people's troubles are cut. And happiness, prosperity, wealth and Lakshmi are attained. Here inside the ashram there is a temple of Adi Kali Maa, a very perfect power form. A beautiful statue of Sankat Mochan Bajrangbali Vighnaharta Ganesh ji and various deities is installed in this temple of Maa Kali. It is believed that the wish sought in this temple is fulfilled. Maa Kali has a Akhand Jyoti Kalash which is prevalent from the day of its establishment. It is burning continuously without extinguishing. There is a very rare Havan Kund in this ashram. The fire which is ignited for 12 months 24 hours. During the Havan, the deities are told their wishes and desires through the fire in the kund. The entire surrounding area becomes pure. Many types of rare herbs are planted in the garden of the ashram. Through these herbs, blood pressure, sugar, paralysis and even cancer, major diseases like cancer are treated free of cost. A very beautiful Tulsi Vatika is built in the middle of the ashram. Sitting in the middle of this Tulsi Vatika, Guru Maharaj Parmeshwar Prasad Patel of Manav Seva Ashram worships and does meditation and meditation. People coming to this ashram are from Chhattisgarh as well as Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Orissa, Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand, Haryana and other states.
