Wang Yifan, a girl from northeastern China born in 1992, has been fascinated by ancient Chinese makeup since her childhood. After graduation she came to Shanghai, and devoted herself to the restoration of ancient makeup. She consulted a large number of ancient books, texts and museum collections, and has restored 32 kinds of makeup in 3 years. She also found that ancient people's makeup contains a lot of medicinal materials, which not only nourish the skin, but also have health benefits.
