Continuing the winter scoot in sunny (?) Southend, we head from the Town Centre northwards along Victoria Avenue and past the Civic Centre and former office blocks and out of the centre.

We pass through the delightful Churchill Gardens, a ravine like park area with water features and through the grounds of St. Mary's Church before arriving at Priory Park, a large open space containing Prittlewell Priory, and ancient building with a museum and well laid out gardens where we conclude this third part of the epic scoot with a cup of tea in the cafe.
