In a striking scene, a man was seen rowing on a mattress in Paharhganj, near New Delhi Railway Station, highlighting the severity of the situation.

One of the city's notable roads, the Badarpur-Mehrauli (MB Road), was severely affected. Traffic jams were widespread, with vehicles moving at a snail's pace due to the accumulated rain water.
