This is my long term review of the Technology Elevated 36mm SmartCarb2.

Over 100hrs, sea level to 2k feet. 100 deg to 25 deg
Used SC2 36mm for Rivermonster, Saddleback, Groundhog, Bad Medicine
95% hard enduro terrain

Install - Easy – Yes
Works with OEM throttle cable
Fitment is perfect (body size right)
Comes pre-set to application. On the rich, safe side.
Customer Support was excellent... bought used, and they still helped. No float arm & base settings.
Performance
Excellent low end smooth power – True
25-30% better fuel economy – Truish... Never ran out of fuel before, but tank lasts.
10% more power – Maybe.... Is it dialed in?
Features
Self adjusting because of metering rod design... yep, does a good job
Trail side adjustments... YES, amazing feature. Why I chose it
Set it and forget it.... Not quite, but close
Internally vented.... Yep, works well.
Misc
Tune-ability. It's pretty damn easy

*** SC2's COMPLAINTS ***
Price?...
Understandably not cheap... is it really even a complaint?....
Not an OEM option? Come on manufacturers!
It's another part to buy on the list.... OEM's should support....
Less top end? I wouldn't know....
Tuning woes? Not my experience, but some people have had problems.

*** FINAL THOUGHTS ***
Would I buy again? 100% yes
Would I buy used again? Probably not. I want to support Technology Elevated.
Am I happy with purchase? 100% yes
