This is the Qantas check in area here in Adelaide.
Its different to Sydney where its a self check in.
But here in Adelaide a Qantas staff will check in and tag your baggage for you.
Here you see passengers placing their baggage on the conveyor belt for Qantas staff to tag.
As a principle of human interaction, you would expect that if you behave reasonably, you will be treated reasonably, even with dignity and respect.
This Qantas staff member violated that principle for me.
It was a shock.
She treated me with a gratuitous contempt I will always remember.
As a paying passenger, I have never experienced it before.
The vast majority of Qantas staff, in my experience, are excellent. My apologies if I drag your good name in the mud.
But I am so aggrieved by this Qantas staff member that I've made a video of what happened to me.
