Van Jefferson is a prototype NFL wide receiver. His best trait is easily his route running ability to create space. He is smooth and crisp off the ball, with a great release. He has great hands and can high point the ball very well. He is a great athlete, and some of his most creative plays were on tunnel screens. He’s a guy who is competitive and loves the game. Not the biggest frame. His production kind of maxed out last season and didn’t show scouts his leap in production. Overall, he’s gonna be a good receiver on the outside, maybe a 2nd or 3rd target kind of player, who will show some flashes here and there...
