পিঠা বাঙালির ঐতিহ্যের সাথে ওতপ্রোত ভাবে জড়িয়ে আছে।সারাবছরের তুলনায় শীতকালে নানান স্বাদের , নানান পদের বাহারি পিঠার আয়োজন করা হয়।
গ্রাম্ থেকে শহর অবধি পিঠা বানানোর ধুম পড়ে যায়। চালের গুঁড়ো, আটা, ময়দা ও অন্যান্য শস্যজাত গুড়ো দিয়ে বিভিন্ন স্বাদের , বিভিন্ন পদের পিঠা তৈরি করা হয়।স্বাদের ক্ষেত্রে পিঠা কিন্তু মিষ্টি, নোনতা বা ঝাল ও হয়ে থাকে।
পরিশেষে বলা যেতে পারে, পিঠা শুধু পিঠা নয়, এটা বাঙালির আবেগ ও স্মৃতির ভান্ডার ও বটে ❤️

রাজদোল্লা পিঠা বানানোর জন্য যা যা লাগবে:
চালের গুঁড়ো _৫০০ গ্রাম/২ কাপ
গুড়ো দুধ_১/২ কাপ
নারিকেল কোরা _১ কাপ
লবণ _১/২ চা চামচ
পানি সামান্য পরিমান
