-RECIPE-
- Generously season a steak (200g or more) with salt and a sprinkle of pepper then cook to your liking - basting with butter, garlic & thyme
- Chop half a white onion into small pieces and fry in the pan - still full of the basting juices from the steak
- Whilst they fry create the sauce by mixing a hefty amount of mayonnaise with horseradish
- Once the onions are fried quickly toast the bread in the pan
- Assemble the sandwich adding rocket and a splash of balsamic vinegar
