Recipe
Ingredients:
5-6 potatoes (remove the skin and julienne/finely cut)
1 tbsp tamarind + a little water(mixed)
⅓ cup sugar
Salt as needed
Mushroom seasoning powder as needed
4 kaffir lime leaves

Ground ingredients (sambal):
4 garlic cloves *
2 onions *
5 bird’s eye chilies *
5 fresh red chilies *

Other ingredients:
A little vegetarian anchovy
Some peanuts (fried first)

Cooking method:
1 Wash the potatoes several times until the colour of the potato water becomes clear, then filter and make sure it is dry and not too wet.
2 Then fry in hot oil until brown. lift and set aside.
3 Grind all finely ground ingredients marked ( * ) .
4 Then stir-fry the ground ingredients until the sambal breaks oil. Put kaffir lime leaves, sugar and tamarind water, salt and mushroom seasoning powder.
5 Then vegetarian anchovies, peanuts and potatoes that have been fried earlier. Mix well and ready to serve.
