She will show you a couple of easy exercises followed by intermediate and advanced levels. Lastly, she will do drills to improve coordination, footwork and speed.

☝️Why coordination is so important in tennis?

Tennis is a sport that requires a lot of control and body awareness. In every tennis shot you need to know where you put your feet, how you move your arms and where you look. Basically, when you play tennis you will engage every single part of your body. ☯️ The better you synchronise the motions the easier it will be to hit the correct shots. Therefore, working on your coordination at least once a week will greatly improve your tennis game. Go out, try these exercises and let me know if you could do them all!
