Hours pass, I limp in circles?
The path perceived clearly laid
before a time the human
species laid their eyes on the ancient mystery that I seek;
the power to unify souls.

An opening inside, protected from the age of time,
Spirals down a well, For what seems forever.
An entry way I find, holds some power just inside,
Could this be the end, or just a simple footnote?

My conscious losing the will to fight!
A blinding force stings my eyes.

A mirror bathed in light, shining brightly in my sights
Showing me both sides, face to face, through my eyes.
Hand out to touch the pane, I pull myself inside!?
Our energies align, and form one mind.

We have become more than the sum of our own parts left here alone.

Then darkness takes us in

We awake on the outside...
