CHAMA CHA UZALENDO NDC HELD ON 5TH MAY 2021
The meeting was called to order at 10:30am by the Chief Executive Officer, Chama Cha Uzalendo Mr. Sylvester Mutune who was the moderator and was opened with a word of prayer by Caroline Ombuna (Christian) from Kajiado County and Suleiman Mwinyi (Muslim) from Kilifi County followed by the National Anthem. The Secretary General was introduced to confirm notice of the meeting. He confirmed the invitation of NEC members, the Party Leader, the Deputy Party Leader and the delegates. All other stakeholders were also recognized.

The Party Leader was introduced and gave his remarks on the importance of the NDC. He vowed to intensify his campaigns so as to advocate the agendas and actualize the manifesto of Chama Cha Uzalendo (CCU) party. He also implored on the party stakeholders to work in harmony for the well-being of the party. The Deputy Party Leader was also recognized and pledged her loyalty to the party, and vowed to uphold the values, mission and vision of CCU party as well as build it to become a force to reckon with in Kenya's political space.

Agendas
The following are the agendas that were presented during the event;
Confirmation of Notice to hold the NDC
To ratify the changes proposed
Any other agendas as approved by the NEC.

Resolutions
The following resolutions were tabled for ratification. They were proposed by one delegate and seconded by another;
That the NEC officials list be ratified as approved by NEC and the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties. It was proposed by Gabriel Wasi Kainga from Kilifi County and seconded by Valentine Ondieki from Kisii County. The list was confirmed and approved by the delegates.

That it is hereby unanimously resolved that Florence Muoti Mwangangi assumes the role of Deputy Party Leader. It was proposed by Daniel Wachira Njuguna from Kirinyaga County and seconded by Diana Mokaya from Kwale County. The resolution was confirmed and approved by the delegates.

That it be proposed to replace Alexander Gitonga Nyaga with Mercy Kavutha Mutwiri as the new elected Secretary for the Information and Communications. It was proposed by Kenneth Lel from Nandi County and Seconded by Lucy Atieno from Kajiado County. The proposal was confirmed and approved by the delegates.

That the party constitution be adopted as approved by the Office of The Registrar of Political Parties. It was proposed by Richard Onsongo from Kwale County and seconded by Andrew Ngula from Nairobi County. This was confirmed and approved by the delegates.

All participating delegates signed the attendance list and their respective chairpersons signed the resolutions.

The meeting was also broadcasted live on YouTube by the contracted media services provider and a DVD copy was shared and is hereby attached to these minutes.

After presenting and discussing the agendas of the day, the meeting was called off at 12:20 p.m with vote of thanks from Faith Ndunge.

There being no other business, the meeting came to a successful end.
