Cocoa powder (preferably alkalized) 50 gr.
Fine salt 2 gr.
Baking soda 4 gr.
Baking powder 3 gr.

Melt dark chocolate (60 gr.) to 40 degrees C.

Freeze the cakes for 5-7 hours. Then quickly cover the glaze.

200 gr. milk or dark chocolate
10 gr. vegetable oil.
