Hey Guys, Stubbzy here!

Welcome to Part 1 of my Fast Bowling Conversation with Nathan Kiely!

I hope you enjoy this unscripted, authentic and genuinely enjoyable conversation as we discuss all things Fast Bowling and see where the conversation takes us!

Nathan is a Strength & Conditioning coach working in Sydney Australia. He is currently working with the Cricket New South Wales supporting the male and female squads as well the the academy. In 2020 Nathan also published a review in the JASC titled "Factors related to Ball Speed in Cricket Fast Bowling" which formed the basis of our discussion.
