Tomorrow there's a hearing at the Georgia Elections Board to discuss possible criminal referral of citizens during the 2020 election in Albany.

A Black Voters Matter employee and three organizers partnering with the organization were cited for illegal campaigning during early voting for distributing water and snacks to voters waiting in six-hour lines to vote.

One of those people facing charges is Albany City Commissioner Demetrius Young. He and Cliff Albright, Co-Founder of Black Voters Matter spoke with Roland Martin during Monday's edition of Roland Martin Unfiltered about the ongoing effort to determ Black voters from voting.
