Homemade Gum Syrup for Cocktails

Corey walks through making homemade Gum Syrup for use in tailgate cocktails.

Recipe:

22.5 grams Gum Arabic Powder
25 grams Hot water

Mix till smooth in a mason jar and rest at room temperature for at least 12 hours.

Add to Mason jar:

180 grams Demerara sugar
65 grams Hot water

Stir until smooth. Enjoy!
