প্রশ্ন : কুড়িয়ে পাওয়া ফল কি খাওয়া যাবে?


উত্তর : এমন ফল যদি হয়, যে ফলের প্রতি মালিক লালায়িত নয়, যেমন গাছ থেকে কোনো খেজুর পড়ে গেছে অথবা কোনো বরই পড়ে গেছে, যেটার পেছনে কেউ দৌড়াবে না, একটি বরই খেলে কেউ জিজ্ঞাসা করবে না, তাহলে সেটি খেতে পারবেন।


তার প্রমাণ হচ্ছে, রাসুল বলেছেন, ‘তোমাদের কেউ যদি বাগানে ঢোকে, সে যেন খায়, তবে সে যেন পকেটে করে না নিয়ে আসে।’ যতটুকু প্রয়োজন সে খেতে পারবে, এর অতিরিক্ত করতে পারবে না।



রাসুল (সা.) একদিন দেখেছেন, রাস্তায় একটি খেজুর পড়ে আছে, তখন তিনি বললেন, ‘যদি আশঙ্কা না থাকত যে এটি সদকার খেজুর, তাহলে আমি সেটি খেতাম,’ কারণ রাসুল (সা.) সদকা খেতেন না।


তাহলে বোঝা গেল, কুড়িয়ে পাওয়া জিনিস খাওয়া যাবে, যদি না মালিকের কাছ থেকে কোনো নিষেধাজ্ঞা থাকে।
