RLWE and FHE Stealth address Protocols

Unlike conventional public addresses, Stealth addresses (SA) provide more privacy for transactions on Ethereum. Some Blockchains (for example Monero), that use Stealth Address Protocol SAP at their core, are not quantum resistant. We can achieve quantum resistance in SAP using Ring Learning With Errors (RLWE). During the presentation, it will be explained how the RLWE is used in Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE SAP) and in the Ring Learning With Errors Stealth Address protocol (RLWE SAP).
