TODAY'S RECIPE-DIBBA ROTI/HEALTHY BREAK FAST
INGREDIENTS;
idly batter-250grms
green chillies-chopped(6)
chopped onion-1large
chopped curry leaves-few
chopped corriender leaves-2tbs
chopped ginger-1inchsize piece
salt-as per the taste
cumin seeds-1.5tbs
oil-2tbs

PREPARATION METHOD OF DIBBA ROTTI IN SIMPLE WAY;
first take 250grms of idly batter .
take a mixi jar,add chopped al;l ingredients & cumin seeds to a coarse paste.
next,coarsely paste iss added to the idly batter & mix it well.
take a kadai & heat with 2tbs of oil.
once the oil is heated,add idly batter,take small glass of water & it's place in the middle of batter & cover the lid in 12mins.
after 12mins 1tbs of oil is sprinkle it.
next,flip the dibba rotti & cook in 3mins on MF.
NOTE;total process of dibba rotti is cook in MF.
aftyer 3mins,dibba rotti is ready,now turn off the flame & serve with kobbari chutney/peanuts chutney.

HEALTHY & TRADITIONAL INDIAN RECIPE DIBBA ROTTI IS DONE.
