In today’s video, I head into the forest and along the river to forage for wild food that nature provides. Carefully searching for edible plants and ingredients from the surrounding area is an important skill when living close to nature 🌿🏞️

After gathering enough food, I prepare a delicious grilled chicken by the stream. Cooking over an open fire while listening to the sound of flowing water creates a peaceful and satisfying moment in the wilderness 🔥🍗🌊

Later, I continue fishing along the river to add more fresh food for the day. Catching fish from the clear stream is both a challenge and a reward when surviving in nature 🎣

Life by the river may be simple and sometimes difficult, but each day brings valuable experiences, strength, and a deeper connection with the natural world.
