Here is an EAS scenario based on the Black Sunday dust storm that occurred on Apr.14th, 1935. This dust storm affected much of the southern Great Plains from Nebraska to the Mexico border. This scenario depicts what might've been done to prepare for such a storm. This was going to be posted yesterday, but it was postponed a day due to technical problems.
