GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR RECIPE

🌸 Sweet potato 200g
🌸 White sugar 1 Tbsp (13g)

🌸 Glutinous rice 2 cups (220g)
🌸 White sugar ¼ cup + 2 Tbsp (85g)
🌸 Water ½ cup (130g) *Add 1 tbsp (12g) if the dough is too dry.

🌸 Sesame seeds for coating
🌸 Cooking oil for frying

🍒 Water preferably room temperature
🍒 If you want it a bit smaller, you can divide the sweet potato and the glutinous rice into 8 pieces instead of 6 pieces.
