Pumpkin Butter Cake(Soft and moist)No Baking Powder |南瓜牛油蛋糕(分蛋式）无泡打粉

没有泡打粉的南瓜牛油蛋糕～这次用了分蛋烫面法的方式，蛋糕非常的柔软湿润。比起传统式的烤法，小孩还是比较喜欢吃这种软绵绵的蛋糕😋。

Pumpkin butter cake ~ No baking powder needed as this time I used egg separated method. The cake is really moist and soft!

Ingredients 材料
125g Salted butter 125克有盐牛油
90g Cake flour 90克低筋面粉
3 Egg yolks 3颗蛋黄
50g Pumpkin purée 50克南瓜泥
40g Fresh milk 40克鲜奶

3 Egg whites 3颗蛋白
50g Castor sugar 50克细砂糖
