"After reviewing the dishes, I can honestly say that I was very impressed by Imperial Dragon. The chef is imported from Hong Kong. His name is Eddie. Chef Eddie's style of cooking is the Cantonese style, which mean no added preservatives. Nothing artificial. The flavors come from the ingredients themselves. Chef Eddie is a very skilled professional who has traveled the world learning new dishes and new techniques to further advance his repetoire. He has been to Argentina, Barcelona, Switzerland, and the Philippines just to name a few. Today, he is bringing his years of experience and culinary expertise to Sir Manny Mendoza's brand new Imperial Dragon Chinese Restaurant. The ambiance was simple yet elegant and very stylish. The perfect atmosphere for fine dining. The staff was excellent. They were very courteous, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The service was excellent. I don't know yet about the prices coz this was a food tasting and its free for the bloggers. But I can tell you as soon as they can open this place and make it available to the public, it would be worth your time, worth your effort, worth your money, and worth your while. Have heard, but please do not quote me on this, that the restaurant will be set to open soon. Probably sometime next month. Around the middle of February. But lets all hope and pray for it.
