How do you spend your time? I hope not in bad meetings! | Work Tools #7

I really care about my precious time. And usually meetings steal a lot of that time. That's why I wanted to share my thoughts about this in this video and also give you my top 3 concepts how meeting time can be reduced. An important one is the communication matrix (asynchronous write/read and synchronous talk/listen communication). The better people understand when to write and when to talk the more efficient the meetings. At least my experience. Have fun and save some hours.
