Toxicity level is VERY high with this plant so be sure that you avoid any fur babies or human babies getting to it.

I know it’s name is sago palm but it’s not a palm at all. It’s a cycad, which means it’s new leaves (fronds) grow directly from the trunk.

They need an airy mix so a cactus mix or palm mix will be the best mix for it. I use a cactus mix that has added pumice stone to it and water when soil is completely dry.
