Our Production Process.

Our production process for making animated explainer videos, motion graphics, saas expaliner video are based on 11 different steps. We broke it into different parts to make sure we align with client requirments. And update them on each stage.

1. Project Brief.
In first step we gather all necessary information from the client, including goals, target audience, key messages, and any specific requirements.
We conduct research on the client’s industry, competitors, and target . We discuss the project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables.
Find the video style, and overall look.


2-Scriptwriting
Based on all the information we collected from client in previous step, now we write a clear, concise, and engaging script that effectively communicates the key messages. Include voiceover cues and visual direction.

3-Storyboarding
At this step we develop a storyboard that visually represents the script, scene by scene, including transitions and key actions.
Mostly storyboards are based on black and white sketches.

4. Style Frame:
After storyboard design we create style frames to showcase the visual direction, including character design, color palette, typography, and overall look and feel.
Present the storyboard and style frames to the client for feedback and approval. Make any necessary revisions. And move to the next phase.

5. Illustrations & Graphics:
Develop all visual assets, including characters, backgrounds, icons, and other elements, in line with the approved style.
After its aproval from client side we organize and prepare all assets for animation, ensuring they are layered and labeled correctly for seamless integration.

6. Animation
Animate the video according to the storyboard, paying attention to timing, motion, and visual storytelling. This includes character animations, transitions, and any motion graphics.

7-Voice Over Recording
Record the voiceover with a professional artist, ensuring it matches the tone and style of the video. And synchronize it with the animations.

8-Background Music and SFX.
At this phase we add background music and sound effects to enhance video quality.

9. Review & Revisions
Present the first draft to the client for feedback. Collect detailed notes on any changes or adjustments needed.
Implement the client’s feedback, refining the animation, adjusting timing, or making any necessary tweaks to the visuals or audio.
Once revisions are complete, we present the final version for client approval.

10. Final Delivery
This is the last stage, we render the final video in the required format(s) and resolution(s), ensuring high-quality output.
Deliver the final video to the client along with any source files, ensuring they are prepared for distribution across the intended platforms.

11. Bonus
We always provide a vertical version of the video to be used on social media as bonus, without any extra fee.
A creative thumnail design and engaging title to post video on YouTube and other social platforms.
