Massive 3rd Alarm Fire - Defensive & Collapse - Wyandotte St & Parent Ave - Windsor Fire - 2024

Windsor Fire: At around 4:00am Friday morning, Windsor Fire crews responded to a large structure fire at Wyandotte St & Parent Ave. There was a partial collapse of the structure. No injuries, 1.5 million in damage, cause undetermined.

- Windsor Fire are continuing to battle the large building fire at the intersection of Wyandotte St & Parent Ave since 5:00am this morning. The incident is currently working at a 3rd Alarm response. Crews have been working in the defensive strategy after collapse of the structure. Truck 1, 2 & 5 all attacking from the sky. Ground monitors also deployed. Heavy fire conditions and smoke was seen across the city skies throughout the early morning hours. Fire crews are going to remain on scene throughout the day, continuing to battle hotspots and extensive overhaul. Windsor Fire Chief also asked for area residents are encourage to closer their windows for the next few hours.
