As per the latest breaking news coming on arrest of TMC minister Partha Chatterjee, it is being reported that Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has commented on the arrest of West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee in SSC scam case.
Dharmendra Pradhan said, "The condition of Bengal, that used to inspire India in the field of education, is such that High Court has to order CBI inquiry into the (then) Education Minister following the objection of youth"
On Friday, the ED had conducted several raids at the residence of Partha Chatterjee and several others as part of a probe into the alleged irregularities in recruitment of teachers and non-teaching staff in the state-run schools through the School Service Commission (SSC).
