Don't know how I managed to scrape enough video footage together for a short video. I've somehow managed to make Southwold Pier and beaches look bleaker than 1984, quiet apt considering the writer George Orwell spent time here at Southwold as a teenager and in his thirties, and it is his mural on the wall at Southwold Pier you can see at 00:25.

So this is in and around Southwold on a short break in Sussex taking in Southwold Pier and beaches, Dunwich Beach, Great Yarmouth and Gorleston. Then again going in a cold April doesn't help....and I'm not so sure there isn't anything more glum and depressing that a British seaside when everything shut....
