Bringing the Sunward Isles and the Farmstead up to speed with the surrounding areas. And make every single boss available to fight, and have my pick of the litter in the future.

Estate Rules
-It's Simple. There is no Healing, Stress Healing, Or Stuns Allowed in combats.
-This means Trinkets, Skills, Hero effects (To the best of my ability to edit out.) - Quirks, Crits, and Virtues / Afflictions were not touched, so those may still stress heal (And in some rare cases heal).
-Monsters were also not touched. So in some Rare cases, they can heal me, or stress heal me.
