Changing cash is one of the most common activities when you arrive in Paraguay.

I advise you to be careful to get the most out of your currency (USD, CND, EUR, ...). You can change in Asuncion at a currency exchange shop. That's called a "cambio" in Spanish. There are dozens of them in Asuncion. In this video, i show you 3 cambios in Villa Morra, a neighborhood of Asuncion. Here are the locations of the cambios in the video by order of appearance:
